The location was great, just a few steps from the train station, with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the 7th floor. The elevator was tiny but fortunately worked. Hot water was scarce, requiring a ten‑minute run to get enough.

I appreciated the customer service, especially the help with tourist spots and the postcards they sent to Finland 🇫🇮. The room faced the bus stops and the noises were quite audible throughout the night. The shower lacked decent toiletries, so I had to buy my own; there was no shower soap or body wash.

Il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la posizione, vicinissima ai trasporti pubblici, metro, bus, treno. Senza troppe pretese dalla camera, ci siamo trovati bene. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Se potessi migliorare qualcosa punterei sul cambio dei cuscini, non erano molto comodi e non avevano una forma ben precisa

The location was very near the metro and bus stop. The room wasn’t clean and there was no shower gel.
