I have stayed at this hotel frequently for the past three years whenever I visit Bangalore for work, and unfortunately, the experience has deteriorated drastically. What was once a hotel I trusted has now become one of the most disappointing stays I have ever had. Since I usually travel alone for work and arrive early in the morning, I have always made it a point to pre‑book the room, call the hotel a day in advance, confirm an early check‑in, and pay the additional charges required. I followed the exact same process this time. My room was prepaid and booked well in advance, and I spoke to the hotel staff the previous day to reconfirm my early check‑in at 5:30 AM. I was clearly assured that the room would be available and that I would pay the applicable early check‑in fee—which I had no issue with. However, when I arrived at 5:30 AM, I was simply told that there were no rooms available and that I would have to wait until 8 AM, or possibly even 11 AM depending on when another guest checked out. This completely contradicted the confirmation I had received the previous day. To make matters worse, another staff member told me he would check availability at another property nearby that was apparently also managed by them. He said he would call me back, but I waited from 5:30 AM until 7 AM with no response. I had to call him myself, after which he said he would come down and speak to me. I waited again until 8:30 AM in the hotel lobby, dealing with mosquitoes and an extremely uncomfortable environment, yet there was still no sign of him. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel my prepaid booking and find another hotel because of the staff’s irresponsibility and failure to honour a commitment that had been confirmed in advance.

No disturbance and the staff is nice. Location is ok, but hotels are not much nearby.

Bed only. There was no signal on the TV, there was an electric shock in the bathroom, and the staff was very rude with my children.
