The room assigned on day one didn’t match the confirmed booking and was barely enough for one adult; only after requesting did they provide a second room. Breakfast tasted mediocre and the service was terribly slow.

The location is great, but the rooms, bathrooms, and swimming pool are all small. Even though I booked for two adults and one child, the reception asked me to pay an extra fee for the child.
