The room was freezing when I got in and the AC control panel was broken; I had to unplug the unit and then plug it back in late at night to cool it again, then unplug it again. There were no towels or other essentials inside the bathroom—everything was outside. It was all a bit clumsy.

Both Courteneys were great. The rooms were dirty, with stained sheets on the beds, roaches in the shower tub, a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, a carpet that needed cleaning, and a TV remote that had no back button.
