“Tudo ótimo”
Breakfast was good.
The place was clean, the breakfast good, and the location convenient, but the air‑conditioner only worked on the cool setting; being a southern lodge without heating made winter miserable and we felt very cold.

Nothing! Lack of responsibility in responding to customers! I made a reservation and specified the time I could arrive, paid to check in on day 05 but would only arrive on day 06, yet they refused my reservation at the time I could, I still went there because no one answered or responded to messages and they are even refusing my calls to this day! Now they won't cancel my reservation even though I am not at fault if they couldn't accept my time, I did my part in communicating, not accepting is an option but refund my payment!! And stop ignoring my messages and calls.
I booked through an online platform and got a confirmation. When I arrived by Uber, the place was closed and I was literally left on the street with my bags. I had to pay double elsewhere just to find a room. The platform later apologized, cancelled my booking free of charge, and then asked me to leave a review—hard to believe.
