The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy, yet there were no Kleenex in the room.

Breakfast was decent, but the eggs were sitting in water and I had to pat them dry; the location was convenient. The shower stall had mold at the bottom, which made me reluctant to shower, and the tissue roll was hard to reach from the toilet, though the rest of the bathroom was fine.

The front desk staff were amazing and kept the hotel’s high rating; the location is convenient for getting around, and we’ve stayed here multiple times and plan to return. However, some maintenance issues need fixing, like a plumbing backup that happened during our stay.

Everything was spotless, quiet, and close to my destinations; the staff were friendly and the pool and breakfast were exactly what I wanted. My stay was just a bit too short.
