The room was dirty. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and racist. I was told to wait while the room was inspected, but when I finally entered, trash was on the floor, and the next day I had to kill a roach in the room.

The property felt updated, breakfast was tasty, the room was quiet, the climate control responded quickly, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful with requests, even sending SMS updates—a pleasant surprise; all these aspects mattered to me. However, the mattress was too firm and could use a topper for a softer feel.

The location was excellent, the staff were great, and I appreciated learning that check‑out was at 12. The beds were not very comfortable, and when I tried to sleep I ended up in the middle of the bed.
