Clean, the clerk helped me get in and get settled, after calling This isn't self-service, this is NO SERVICE. Teaching us to do things for ourselves takes time and work. Probably less time than full service, but it still takes effort. I don't expect a puzzle when I book a room. Do you?. I spent about 2 hours trying to find the hotel. According to Google maps it is a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal. No welcome message after booking No mention of which side of the river the hostel is on or if it is north, south or what compass heading from the station No response to request to check in early No sending of photos of building, major cross streets. No estimates on walking or bus travel times from city terminal No walking or bus directions No mention of it being on the fifth floor of an office building Upon arrival, an hour early, no attendant visible, for example cleaning lady, just a locked door with a phone no. No mention in description on booking site of it being a self-service hotel Broken English would be preferable to silence Visited in October, room stuffy, emailed them, got ignored

If you’re used to hotel breakfast, this was not good, only the essentials were available. We ordered a room with a private bathroom, but we didn’t get it and no one was there to contact, called the number on the listing and left a message that they didn’t answer. So the description on the booking site is wrong. The view was not on the top floor. The floor was worn with a plastic mat, etc. The toilets and shower were fine. Private parking was not available and we were directed to municipal parking. So I can’t recommend this.

Smooth check‑in. The shower head fell off, but the staff fixed it right away. The room gets a bit warm because you can’t open any windows.

Very good location. Quick check‑in. Very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Everything went very well.
