It’s close to the city centre and the staff went out of their way to help, plus the room was clean and tidy. The Wi‑Fi was weak, we had a power cut on Friday, the booking could only be paid in cash, and there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff at Kika Hotel were wonderful, always ready to help; they even fetched medication for my sick child from the pharmacy without asking for payment. They looked after my son all day, let us stay until 13:30 instead of the usual 11:00 checkout, and said we could return if needed. They also drove us to the bus station themselves so we wouldn’t have any taxi trouble. There was nothing at all that I disliked.
