Located in Ingruinsa Business Park, the hotel offers a business lounge, early breakfasts, and proximity to Sagunto Castle, Roman Amphitheatre, and Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences, 28 km away.

I’m writing to express my disappointment about my stay at Exe Puerto de Sagunto, Spain, from 1st to 4th October 2026. The photos and description on your website were very misleading and didn’t match the actual location, facilities, or overall experience. The hotel staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, so my complaint isn’t about them. Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel and its surroundings were disappointing. First, the photos, especially those showing sun loungers by the beach, made it seem like the hotel was in or near a pleasant beachside area. In reality, the hotel sits in what felt like a largely industrial zone, with very few nearby restaurants, entertainment, or attractions. The beach itself looked nice, but it was about a 20–25 minute walk from the hotel through areas that appeared run‑down and uninviting. The photos set up a completely different expectation than the reality. Second, as a solo female traveller, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable walking around the area, especially at night. There was only one supermarket nearby and very little else within a comfortable walking distance. I would not recommend this hotel or its location to other women traveling alone who want a place where they can comfortably explore, walk around, or enjoy an evening out. I believe you should provide clearer information about the surrounding area so solo travellers can make informed decisions before booking. Third, the gym facilities were outdated and disappointing. The deceptive advertising about the photo area doesn’t match what you actually offer.

The facilities were great, the room was spacious, quiet and the sound level was low, and the staff were friendly. The location was a drawback; it’s a bit far from the city center and the beaches, so you’ll need a car. The breakfast could offer better value for money. The exterior entrance was poorly cleaned, with dead insects visible, and the first impression of the hotel could be improved.
