The room was very comfortable, spacious, and the bathroom had both air‑conditioning and heating plus blackout shutters. I would have liked the towels to be changed every other day instead of every three days. The common breakfast area felt a bit crowded and wasn’t a place to linger.

Barbara welcomed us and gave us directions for our scheduled tours. The included breakfast was very good, and we were encouraged to grab an extra croissant and fruit on our early days when we didn’t have time for a full meal. The facility was clean, there was a coffee maker in the room, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the many stairs to climb with luggage—though that’s just Venice!

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Rialto Bridge. The atmosphere is well maintained, and the description of being on the upper floor is accurate—you’re really in the middle of it. The breakfast is good and plentiful, and the staff are helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

The place is ideally located. The room is quiet with excellent bedding, very clean, and beautifully renovated. The caretaker is very helpful. The only negative was the stairs.

The location is beautiful, just a short walk from the main areas and attractions. The suite was spacious and relaxing.
