A very pretty little house, tastefully arranged, well equipped, clean, with a lovely small terrace shaded by a climbing vine, quiet yet conveniently located for exploring the area.

The cottage was great, but the remote location and road noise are clearly audible when you’re outside.

The host was very friendly and even arranged extra wood for the fireplace. The house is typical of traditional Crete, functional and clean.

The cottage is very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The village itself is just one street, with a cozy and tasty restaurant. So expect to drive for everything, but the distances worked out well for us: Matala beach, Rouvas gorge, Phaistos… all great experiences! It was a bit cold in the house upon arrival (early April), but once the heating was turned up high, it became pleasant after a while.
