I chose this hotel because I had an overnight stop in Houston, it was close to the airport, and there was a shuttle. After a 13‑hour international flight, I found out I had to call the hotel for pickup, but storms knocked out all external communications, so I had to pay for a taxi. The staff were polite and apologetic, but the experience could have been better if pickup could be pre‑arranged or if the hotel posted a notice about the issue on its website or Facebook page.

“great stay for an over nighter”

They picked me up from the airport, the hotel itself was great, the pool was broken but otherwise everything was fine – breakfast was nice too.
