The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was generally clean. However, the shower system was terrible; standing under it drenched the bathroom, and the water didn’t drain, risking water spilling into the kitchen area, which made things very difficult. It’s a shame this issue lowered my rating, and I hope the management will fix it to ease the staff’s workload.

The apartment was clean. There was a lot of noise in the hallways at night.

The location is great because the car hire office is just a two‑minute walk away. Next to the hotel is a marijuana smoke shop, and the smoke seeped into the corridor; some guests didn’t mind, but I didn’t like the smell. It’s not the hotel’s fault; the shop next door is the issue.
