“Un buen hotel. Deberían tener mejor atención en recepción”
The location was great, yet the reception service was very poor.

Located in Cáceres' historic centre, the NH Collection Cáceres Palacio de Oquendo is a 16th-century palace with smart, air-conditioned rooms featuring 48-inch TVs, coffee machines, and rain-effect showers. The hotel boasts a rooftop terrace in San Juan Square, a restaurant serving traditional tapas and international cuisine, and a bar in the former stables with square views.

The parking was a bit far and they might not charge for it, so a partnership would help.

The location and staff were good, but the beds were completely hard.

Conforto e estrutura do quarto. Escadas para descer até o concierge, pp dificultando o transporte com malas mais pesadas. No checkin eles levam as bagagens
