“MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA”
Unfortunately, nothing good. This chain usually meets certain standards, but this was terrible! The experience was truly bad. We’re not sure if it was because of Ramadan, but the food was in awful condition. The staff were extremely unhelpful, offering no information or assistance. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a mosque, and the rooms lack soundproofing, so all the prayers can be heard and you can’t sleep well or you wake up during prayer time.
“Clean but unremarkable”
This place was very good, but I was expecting a bit more - the room was clean and quiet, which was nice, but didn't exactly blow me away.
“Comfortable bed, decent location”
The bed was honestly the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and it's a plus that the hotel is relatively new and close to the airport, about 30-35 minutes away. That said, the room was a bit cramped, and the breakfast was just okay, plus there wasn't much soundproofing.
“Room for improvement on breakfast”
The breakfast menu could've been more varied, but overall it was a good experience.
“Good but room for improvement”
The hotel was good, clean, and had great staff - they were really friendly and welcoming, and it's conveniently close to the airport. However, I was a bit disappointed with the single family rooms, they felt really small for a 4-star hotel, and there was some noise from maintenance work.
