“Disappointed and will not recommend this place to friends”

The ocean front location was the highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Checking in was a bit of a red flag when I had to pay upfront and hand over a 500,000 VND cash deposit - it made me wonder who their target audience is. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was a different story. There was a ring of mold in the toilet bowl and dark mold along the caulked lines on the floor, giving off a pretty unpleasant smell.

“Seem like they are scammers”

I was scammed by the host, but I managed to get out of it. The problem was that I couldn't contact them at all, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

Stayed at this place and it was a total disaster. The location was a major letdown - it's way too far from the beach, making it a real hassle to get around. To make matters worse, the staff were completely unhelpful and unfriendly, which didn't exactly make us feel welcome. To top it off, the breakfast was a total mess, with a limited selection of subpar food.

The beach and sea were lovely, but the hotel's service was a disaster. The room was cramped and uncomfortable, with a bad smell coming from the sink and stained furniture. There were no tea cups, and the front door was broken, so I had to wait in the room for repairs that never came. The breakfast was disgusting, and the restaurant was dirty. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me.

“I saw plenty of staff doing their best — but not a single manager. Fix the tops”

I was really impressed by the hotel's modern design and high-quality rooms, which felt more like a 4- to 5-star establishment than a budget option. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the iron in the room was a nice touch. As someone who's worked in the hotel industry, I was pleased to see that the room amenities were top-notch. However, things fell apart during the holiday rush in late April, when the hotel's lack of management became painfully obvious.
