Everything was fine, the lady was very kind. The value for money was OK. I stayed 8 days and the room was never cleaned, even once. The bathroom was always full of ants.

The room was spacious, perfectly clean, the lady was extremely kind, the people were exquisite and authentic. The exterior of the property is still under renovation but that does not affect the room.
The value for money is really good because the price is hard to beat. Clean, efficient. The place is hard to find from the listing.
“As a solo traveler my best decision to stay”
I stayed for six nights, the place is very quiet, my room was very clean and comfortable, the wifi is really good, very close to the city and the beach you can go by a short walk; the owner property I think it was; the old lady she is so nice and friendly they made me feel comfortable I really enjoyed my stay in the guesthouse, thanks so much 🤗

The hotel was cheap, the two elderly managers were very friendly, during my stay the bathroom had a minor issue that was resolved immediately, renting a motorcycle was not expensive 400 pesos, I rented for two days, went to several beaches, DULI beach was very nice, suitable for surfing, August was not the right time to go to Anini, besides the A line, B, C line trips were all cancelled because of weather, I was also going to take a boat to Kolon island, I went to the pier and found out the trip was cancelled, later after talking to the shipping company I learned that the next two days' boats were also cancelled because of weather, I had to cancel the rest of my itinerary, I changed last minute to a minibus back to Princess Port, at the station I was told it was 700 pesos, but before boarding I was charged, I gave 1000 pesos, the driver didn’t give me change, the driver didn’t know about this, I was cheated out of 300. This time besides accommodation the experience was not good. The prices were a bit high, I suggest going to a local restaurant opposite the church, and on the way to the pier there are cheaper street restaurants where you will definitely find locals eating, you won’t miss them. In tourist spots, motorcycle drivers, shops still have the problem of scamming foreigners.
