Hotel Restaurant & Spa Verte Vallée is nestled in a park alongside the Fecht River in Munster, 18 km from Colmar. The hotel boasts a wellness centre with sauna and swimming pool, and serves local cuisine at Les Grandes Arbres restaurant. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, minibars, and private bathrooms with free toiletries. Massage and beauty treatments are available.

The bedroom was great with a nice bathroom, and the spa was pleasant.

The pool and sauna area was relaxing, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel stayed very clean. I couldn't say much else.

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, the wellness area was great, the breakfast was very abundant, and dogs were even allowed in the breakfast and restaurant area. However, there were often loud noises in the room (5th floor) and sometimes right in the middle of the night.

The setting, the breakfasts, and the staff were good. The problem was that we couldn't cancel as easily through Booking as through the Verte Vallée establishment (front desk Ms Louise) and the service on the last day was handled by a colleague who had to leave early while we were an eight‑person group staying four days! We also couldn't have dinner (first night and last night) because of staff shortages, even though the space was not lacking. Fortunately, good restaurants are nearby.
