The rooms were super comfortable and very clean, the service was amazing, and the breakfast 🥞🥞🥞 was more than amazing 😋😋😋😋🤩🤩🤩

“The experience was great”

The staff were great, but the language barrier and the smoking in public areas were annoying.

Kariem at the reception was the absolute best… always friendly, helpful, patient, never annoyed or gave snappy answers… a great employee with over 10 years experience, the hotel is lucky to have such a reliable staff member! The shower light was great, the toilet paper, the mattress were good, and the grilled shrimp and pasta with mini shrimp in the restaurant/cafe were world‑class… that was it. The rest… the suite only had a name with square meters, the chairs were almost falling apart when looking at them, the climate control didn’t work properly, the TV didn’t work at all, the bellboy did his best but nothing worked and he shrugged with “No working.” The bathroom was a mess, 2x1.5m, really, when sitting on the toilet you had the door leaf between your knees, you couldn’t stand in front of the sink because there was only 10cm to the toilet, the faucet always turned on and sprayed everywhere except where it should, because it had no aerator, the whole thing made it feel like you had it in your hand every time you used it. Employees at breakfast were clumsy, lazy and unfriendly! The breakfast itself was the worst, no matter when… almost always empty, no toast (only on request and then reluctantly), the toaster rarely or never worked, no fresh fruit or even yogurt, the juice was always empty and only paper cups + plastic cutlery (rarely proper cutlery) was “NO GO.” The rooftop pool was dirty, a pool bar that was probably once but was cluttered and dirty, there were no toilets, the sun loungers were good, that was it. But the worst was the 10‑lane road that ran in front of the house… it should definitely be mentioned in the description! I had been to Egypt 18 or 19 times, but this was by far the worst hotel. I’m not picky and normally you always find something at breakfast, but here not really, and regarding the “suite”… it should just be older and a bit worn out, I know what kind of country I’m traveling to, but the pictures on the internet don’t match reality… maybe it looked like that 20 years ago!!!!!

“Scam”

I already opened a ticket about it, there was a data leak either from your website or from the hotel side which led to me being contacted via WhatsApp to make the reservation payment or else I would lose it to someone else and they had all my info—my full name, the date I’m checking in and checking out, the time of check in and my special requests… etc, so I made the payment through a WhatsApp link. When I arrived the hotel claimed not to have received any payments and I had to pay again. Yet nobody contacted me about it, neither from your side nor did I make a deposit or file a complaint about it! So right now I’m asking for a refund as I was promised by your customer care center.
