Cleaning staff entered the room thinking I had checked out. Front desk staff had me checked out while I was still in the room. The manager accused me of contributing to the problem by giving them my credit card to charge.

The room was beautiful, decorated nicely and huge, with a very comfortable bed and a small kitchenette to use. There was a lot of chaos at the reception, the lobby area and even in the parking lot, many people around the hotel entrance that didn’t look good. My room was very close to the lobby and I could hear a lot of noise until late, preventing proper rest.

The free shuttle was handy, the check‑in guy was fantastic at his job, and they handed me a boxed breakfast because my flight left early. The building does look a bit worn down, though.

The stay was fine; we got a brand‑new room with good mattresses, a fresh bathroom, and a warm vibe. Free outdoor parking was a plus. When I arrived, they charged me extra for a bed that was supposed to be a sofa‑bed per my reservation, which was disappointing because they weren’t clear about it from the start.
