The service, the location and the breakfast were amazing! The room we stayed in was pretty basic, the shower didn’t heat up very well, but for the price it was definitely worth it.

I want to share my own experience with the Turquesa lodge. On 11/10/2026 I booked through the lodge’s system. We arrived a few hours before the scheduled check‑in time and were told we’d have to pay R$ 20.00 for parking. I never refused to pay that amount, because the daily rate of R$ 693.00 had already been paid; it wasn’t a reason to cancel. I simply told them we would be back later, which we did. However, around 20:00 when we returned, I was told our stay had been cancelled on the grounds that it was a holiday and they couldn’t wait for us. I had a confirmed reservation in the app, and it was recorded that we could check‑in until 23:59. I was outraged to find out that a paid, confirmed booking had been cancelled. Later, after contacting the lodge again and reading the justification they provided, I saw that they gave a different explanation for our departure, linking it to the parking fee. The lodge is claiming that our account of events is false, accusing me of lying and insulting me. If there is any disagreement about what happened, I believe it should be clarified with concrete facts and truth, not accusations. I did not oppose the parking fee, and I do not think it is correct to present the situation as if I did. The refund does not erase the trouble we experienced. We were 300 km from home and left without accommodation. I hope the lodge explains the facts respectfully and professionally, because I believe disagreements with guests should be handled transparently, not with unsubstantiated accusations.
