Everything was very clean, the design was stunning, the room was huge, the bath was indulgent, the bed was very comfortable, and the owners were wonderful—they called us via video to help us find the location and were available for any question, rating 10, with an amazing location by the lake. We loved everything; there was just a slight challenge with the stairs and the food.

The building is very well maintained in the historic centre. Nothing else to mention.

We switched our booking to a balcony room on the second floor and it was flawless – roomy, freshly renovated, stylish, with a great bathroom and plenty of natural light. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and snacks. It’s a short walk to the centre but still very quiet. It’s probably the best choice in Bolsena, we loved it and will return.
