I only ran into a hiccup when the water stopped after 12 minutes; it seemed like a general Rome issue, and the breakfast was pretty basic.

The welcome was excellent, the spot was great because it’s close to Termini station and just a short walk from Sapienza University, the rooms were spotless and quiet, and the room had every comfort you could need.

The bed was comfortable, check‑in was easy, and the staff were friendly; the elevator worked only intermittently.
