I do not recommend this place—my mom received a completely different room than the one I booked, and I will demand a refund.

The view from the second floor overlooking the mountains was sensational. The accommodation itself was fine, and the breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable. The rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. For a 2‑3 day short break, everything was fine. We also liked that for the price we paid, we had free access for all three days to the Aqua Park Zakopane thermal spa for our family of three (two adults and one child under 12). The beds were quite uncomfortable, especially for a 90 kg man; the mattress in my room was terrible, causing back pain the next day.

Close to the trail, free tickets to the Zakopane Thermal Baths, a jacuzzi on site, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, and comfortable beds.
