The sisters I dealt with at the property, both in person and over the phone, were friendly. The floor felt unclean, and the corridor door didn't seal properly, letting light spill in; the room was also bathed in harsh light from a ventilation system, giving it a sterile, uncomfortable vibe and an odd smell. Still, it was quite pricey—just a few hundred crowns more than staying at Mössebergs resort.

“Günstig, zentral und sauber”

This hostel is housed in an old hospital, so the furnishings are basic, yet everything needed is there, except perhaps a hair dryer for the ladies. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook for yourself, and a charming café called "Tant Brun" is a short walk away for breakfast. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and always helpful, and the location is close to the city center. I've stayed there several times and am completely satisfied; for the price, you won't find a better option. Just remember it's a hostel, not a hotel, so don't expect too many luxuries. The only downside is that the train station is about a 15‑minute walk away, and the shared showers are a bit inconvenient.

The beds are comfortable, the price is good, the staff are pleasant, and parking is free. The bedding and breakfast were not included in the rate.

I appreciate the self‑catering kitchen, and groceries were close by; they even supplied coffee and filters. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty within a short walk, and the train station is an easy stroll away. On a Saturday, my key failed to open the main entrance, leaving me outside, but another guest arrived at the same time and let me in.
