The spot is in a great location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There were no issues.

The staff were especially friendly and went out of their way to help. They organized a Ha Giang loop tour for us, which ran smoothly and flawlessly. The tour began at the accommodation, which was very convenient. The only complaint was that the bathroom in the room had an unpleasant smell.
