The sliding glass shower door was only attached at one hinge and nearly slammed into me; I caught my finger just in time, and I noted the hazard in the guest book.

The place was clean and close to a bus stop. The hot shower didn’t work even after I texted a complaint, the kettle was broken, and other tenants had the same issue.

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and the location was great; it was spacious and quiet. I couldn’t drop off my luggage before check‑in, and the shower temperature jumped from scorching hot to cold, which was annoying.
