The location suited our needs, but our room stayed dirty for two days—no cleaning ever happened, we had to empty our own trash, make our own beds, and request basic items like towels, and the staff only responded after we asked, making it the first stay where basic housekeeping was missing.

The spot was spot-on for my work, right next to eateries and shops. The team was available when I called, but they never really made an effort to be warm or chatty; after five days I only remember them at check‑in and the occasional “Have a nice day.” No hard criticism, just a note.
