We found the location perfect for the sights we wanted to see, and the deluxe queen room was quiet and spacious enough for my party of three; breakfast offered the items I usually enjoy, and parking was convenient, letting us park right in front of the room. However, the mattress felt a bit hard, especially for someone with back issues, there was no real sitting area, and the room didn’t get any attention while we stayed.

I loved the pool, but I hated that there were no waste baskets in the room.

The hotel’s proximity to Bend was a plus, but we arrived to hear a man yelling at the receptionist about his bad experience. The first room assigned to us was a blocked toilet, so we were moved and upgraded to a better room that had functional Wi‑Fi. Breakfast fell short, lacking fruit and butter for the bread.

The only renovated part of the place was my bathroom, while everything else—TV, clock, and the rest—was old, likely from early 1999, and clearly needs major upgrades.
