Ana Rosa and Manuel are fantastic hosts, always ready for anything, making you feel at home; the area is beautiful and relaxing, with good surrounding restaurants, and Ana Rosa’s own breakfast is excellent. They do a great job and are very sweet. The rooms have almost no storage space, the bathroom is cramped, Wi‑Fi is only good at one spot on the property (which is fine since you shouldn’t be on the phone much on the island), and the power outlets are weak—ventilators run very softly at night, which is annoying for the climate.

The Patio offered a natural and calm atmosphere, and the staff were always very friendly and attentive to answer our questions. The room electricity had low voltage, so it couldn't charge a phone or other devices, only enough for low‑speed fans.

“I would not stay there again .”

The hotel was close to a good restaurant. The food itself was bad. Manuel was not a accommodating host, and there were multiple problems with our cabin: some outlets would turn on and off, the shower backed up with sewage into the bathroom floor, and the bathroom sink (vanity) was loose; I had to explain how it should be fixed. We were not told until after booking and checking in that power would be out from 9 am to 7 pm at night. We were told there were no nice beaches except around the hotel. We arrived for breakfast 10 minutes before they stopped serving, wanted two coffees, and received an attitude. There was no AC, and the fan they had was inadequate for a breeze.
