The location was good, but the shower was broken; when we tried to turn it on, sparks flew and there was a fire risk, which was scary during a cold spell. We had no proper shower for the whole stay.

The staff were polite and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and check‑in was flexible. The shower, however, wasn’t in perfect condition.
