The old house was turned into a hotel, and the vintage décor is nice to look at. The staff were not polite or supportive. The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, but they said it had been stopped two years ago. The bed cover and pillows smelled muddy and were uncomfortable. I had clearly mentioned that I would check in early and called to inform them, but they didn’t say anything and later charged extra for early check‑in. Restaurants were not nearby, mosquitoes were in the room, and they didn’t provide water bottles. The TV and Tataplay set‑top box were present but not working because they hadn’t recharged the connection. The windows wouldn’t open for fresh air or to escape the muddy smell.
Nothing. They asked for extra money.
The place had a couple of positives, yet the water never came into the bathroom and the shower was completely non‑functional.
I liked the whole vibe of the property, especially the old‑style curtain bed and the common area. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would love to visit again.
