The breakfast and custom omelets were great, the room was soundproof, and every member of the staff was professional and polite—thanks in particular to Georgia and Panagioti. The room, however, had very little storage space for our clothes and other belongings.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were consistently friendly and polite. The hotel is a bit far from town, about a 25‑minute walk to the White Tower.

The new‑generation concept and superb breakfast were highlights. The downside was that the parking was closed and when I tried to book a spot it was full. I had chosen this hotel precisely because it had a closed parking lot, so that was a disappointment.

The city hotel was very modern, almost too “fancy” and heavily marketed for my taste. For example, there were many pre‑arrival emails, everywhere were cool slogans, and they claimed to be “the most Instagrammable Hotel” with a photo corner. It’s a matter of preference, but the rooms were beautiful and the staff were dedicated and friendly.

The hotel and its staff were fabulous; everything was perfect, from the comfort and beauty of the place to the competent, caring personnel. We had a very nice room with gentle, helpful technology, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast lived up to the rest, in short, a stay beyond our expectations. The only regret was not being able to stay a third night to enjoy it even more.
