This was my second stay at Oro Plaza Hotel, and I can honestly say each visit has been even better than the last. What makes this place truly special is not only its beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities, but also the wonderful people working here. A very special thank you to Mohamed and Islam, who are outstanding examples of genuine hospitality and customer service. They always go above and beyond to make sure nothing is missing and every guest feels comfortable and valued. My appreciation also goes to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. The property itself is fantastic, especially for families. It offers beautiful spacious gardens, a swimming pool, padel courts, a football pitch, and children’s play areas. Everything you need for a relaxing family getaway is available in one place. It is also a wonderful venue for weddings, birthdays, celebrations, and wedding photography, thanks to its lovely outdoor spaces. What I particularly appreciate is that even when events are taking place, there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful, family‑friendly, and welcoming place that I would happily return to again. Nothing significant to mention. Both of my stays have been very enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the team’s continuous efforts to improve the guest experience.
