I had to use a toilet outside the boat because the one inside was broken, there was no fridge or anything to store food, and the cabin was cramped—add your luggage and it feels even tighter. We were supposed to check in at 5 pm but didn’t receive our key card until after 6:30 pm due to random delays, and the nearest metro, Oriente, is a 30‑minute walk from the boat.
