The room is clean and quiet, and the place overall is 👍🏻. However, water leaked out of the bathroom—needs fixing!

“Pratique et reposant”

The location was ideal, and the air conditioning was very appreciated. It was discreet but allowed for good nights despite the heat in Ancone. Arriving very late at 22:00, Claudia guided me to the keys via a key box. She was very available and caring throughout the stay. The shared fridge lets you store a bit of food for breakfast, which is very convenient. Nothing special to note.

“Beware… Not room we booked.. switched our room we booked and paid for without our authiruzation”

The room was in a good spot and clean, but it was very small. The cleaning lady was lovely and made our day pleasant. It’s within walking distance of all sights. If you book this room, make sure you actually get the one you booked and paid for—details in the dislike section. Beware! We booked a larger room and the host changed us to this one without asking. When I reached out, she said another room was nearby and switched us because she thought it was better. When I insisted, she promised to show us the room we booked but was dealing with issues at another property and couldn’t arrive for at least an hour. It was late and we were exhausted after a 7‑hour drive, so we stayed in that room. She told us the room she put us in opened up last minute in the morning, but I booked the night before around midnight and both rooms were available. If we wanted the smaller room, we would have booked it! She had no authority to switch rooms without asking. At least she should have asked if we wanted to switch; we would have said no because we booked the larger room with a terrace/balcony.
