The location was spot‑on, but within an hour of arrival a newborn guest checked out due to bed bugs, and later we found cockroaches crawling in our bed. When we told the front desk they claimed nothing could be done and it wasn’t their problem. We checked out at midnight and moved to another hotel.

The property is fenced in one direction and out the other, very secluded and hard to find, which makes the location poor.

I appreciate how Motel Six feels better than tent camping—anything's better than tent camping. However, I spotted a blood stain on the sheet, the managers forgot glasses, an ice bucket, and never provide shampoo.

The pool was nice, but the rooms were overly basic, with just a bed, a table, two chairs, a fridge, and a microwave—no couch or coffee table.

The room’s AC was useless, and the manager wouldn’t swap rooms or refund us, claiming this isn’t a Hyatt, Hilton, or Regency—rude foreigners, just leave the USA.
