Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites

I love all the Hilton brand hotels and I loved how big and comfortable the room and bed were. Also we both loved the view of the city from our room. I also liked that the breakfast was included with the room because that was the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had in all my years staying in various hotels!. I didn't like that parking wasn't included in the stay and I didn't like that after I paid over $340 for a room for one night with my card before arriving, I get surprised at the front desk with having to have a credit/debit card to charge a refundable $75 deposit before getting into our room! I believe when I originally booked the room everything was paid for and the deposit was included in the price since like I said earlier. The room was over $340!!! . For 1 night!!!!

How big the rooms was. I didn't like how the rooms with the beds in it that very hot and the room with the living room in it stayed really cool

Location. No soaps to wash face/hands. Only hand lotion was available

The staff was nice and helpful. Pool was a good temperature compared to most hotels. Room needed to get vacuumed. The cold water on bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. There is no microwave in the rooms
