What I liked most was Diana, the person in charge of keeping the villa clean and attending to guests with the best smile and friendliness. I didn’t like the house in its current state; it is a health violation. It deserves a fine and possibly a closure because of the conditions it is in.

The staff were friendly and kept the facilities very clean, but the places weren’t well maintained and the fans were in terrible condition.

The location was close to the beach, but it’s not worth it because when we arrived everything was dirty—black towels, filthy sheets, a very dirty fan, grimy walls, and a messy closet. We left after four hours and they didn’t refund us. The bathroom was full of hair and the shared bathtub was filled with sand. There was no TV, no air conditioning, but that’s a minor issue given the situation.
