The air‑conditioning failed, and at one point the room hit 82°. I went to the front desk and they said they weren’t responsible for that unit. The booking agent asked me to photograph the thermostat, and after I followed her instructions the fan didn’t cool the room.

The unit was well furnished and the facilities were nice, but we would have liked earlier details about the exact location and how to enter (even if the code wasn’t needed) because we were attending an event and had to spend time confirming we had everything set up.

The suite was very comfortable, the gas fireplace was great, the view of the slopes was superb, and the kitchen was fully stocked.

The property is nice, the location is convenient, there’s indoor and outdoor parking, and it feels very secure. Nothing to add.
