“Brak ogrzewania, brak organizacji, brud pod prysznicem”

The dinner was fine. The bathroom was dirty. There was no heating in the building (in October!). When we reported that the rooms were cold, we were given a blanket, but the rooms only warmed up the next day. There was no preparation for guests arriving (reservation made more than a week before the stay). The hotel day starts at 14:00, and at 14:00 the first booked room was handed over, the second only at 16:00. Also, construction work was ongoing in the building, so there was noise.

I greet the staff, they were very nice, breakfast was delivered to the room, super well prepared. I recommend it.

The décor, cleanliness, and room equipment were good. The only downside was that there was just one shared blanket.

The staff were very friendly, the room matched the photo, it was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent.

The beds were very uncomfortable and there was mold in the bathrooms.
