Hotel Piccolo, located 400 meters from Verona Porta Nuova Station, offers air-conditioned rooms with modern decor, natural wood furniture, and parquet flooring. The hotel features a free gym, free WiFi, and a 24-hour front desk. Breakfast is a buffet with hot drinks and homemade cakes. A sauna and vending machines are also available. Verona Arena is a 20-minute walk away.

The bed was comfortable in the shower – it was exceptionally good. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The large smart TV was nice. It felt like a dorm room, plain and grey – the only thing with some color was one orange chair. I would’ve liked a nice colorful picture on the wall like the ones in the reception of the main hotel. Also, the laundry in the corridor wasn’t very nice to see. The Wi‑Fi was not stable.

It’s pretty close to the city center – and to the arena. You could walk from the station to the hotel and into the city center. The breakfast room isn’t really great or inviting right now.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was spacious. The beds and pillows were very firm and quite uncomfortable. The windows were hard to open.
