When we arrived early in the morning, we were initially told we couldn’t check in until 2 pm, but the staff let us into our room around 10 am because it was ready, which we really appreciated. Two friendly staff members, a man and a woman, handled us; one of them—probably Mas Agung or Mas Agus, I think—was especially helpful. The only downside was the hot water in my bathroom; it was only lukewarm at best, so it would be great if they could provide hotter shower water in the future. Overall, the service was good and I wish Best Western continued success.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. However, the building is very old and clearly needs a major update. The shower didn’t work properly, and after the first shower the bathroom smelled like sewage.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff and location were fine, but the whole experience felt like a waste of money. The place was broken and dirty, and we all caught a flu during our stay, possibly from a virus present there. With 22 floors and only one elevator, it was a nightmare.
