The location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and you can check in late at night; there’s a lounge area, a sports field and equipment available. On the downside, this place feels more like a hostel than a hotel—the so‑called hotel room (a single‑occupancy space right at the entrance) is tiny and cramped for two people, the communal kitchen sits in the hallway and isn’t isolated, so you hear all the cooking noises, clattering dishes and loud conversations inside the “room.” At 1350 UAH per night the price is wildly unreasonable for such a cramped “cupboard.” A microwave, fridge and a minuscule bathroom don’t make up for the lack of air‑conditioning. There are three cats that meow through the night and early morning, begging to be let outside, and no staff member is available to open the door, so sleep is impossible and you have to let yourself out. This shouldn’t happen.
