The self‑check‑in was quick and pleasant, and the room itself was tidy with a warm bathroom. In the morning, however, our code stopped working before checkout time; the staff on the phone was helpful and supplied a new code, but a fellow guest had to sleep in a hallway cupboard because he couldn’t get back in at night. We found him when we were looking for staff to help us, yet no one was around 😑 The window was old and the room stayed chilly even with the heating on. The parking lot only holds three cars, so we had to leave ours in a public lot on the opposite side without a permit, which was a bit risky.

The spot is fantastic, very clean and tidy, a lovely place to stroll around with amazing views on the walk.

The place is well situated close to town. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave, and came with some nice extras, but the negatives outweighed the positives. Parking was an issue—only three spots and they were taken when we arrived. There was no heating; I called for help and was told they would return, but they never did, so the room stayed freezing all night. The TV only showed Food Network, and swapping the remote batteries didn’t help, so it was probably the wrong remote. Bathroom and bedroom lights flickered; replacing the bulbs would solve that. The emergency light was a bright green, which is fine for compliance. I was told breakfast would be included, but it never appeared, so that was either misadvertised or ignored. I’m disappointed and won’t recommend this group to friends or family; the service needs a serious overhaul and the advertising is misleading.

The location is great, but there was no breakfast, no Wi‑Fi, and no kitchen access; I emailed the staff several times and never received a reply.
