The staff, especially Titziana and her daughter Gaia, were incredibly helpful, guiding us through our plans and local amenities. Breakfasts were outstanding, featuring homemade pastries, jam, fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, and scrambled eggs. The location is ideal for visiting Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, the beach, and for boat trips along the Sicilian coast. Nothing fell short—everything was perfect.

The place was beautiful and well maintained, with tidy, welcoming rooms. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh products. The location is perfect, close to a large parking lot at the start of San Leone’s waterfront. Tiziana, the owner, was very kind and welcoming; we arranged our check‑in time and she met us at the property, giving us plenty of tips on where to dine, enjoy the sea, and have aperitivos. Her kindness always pays off; I’ll come back. Thanks.

We sought a B&B with easy access to local amenities, and this place met our expectations on the town’s edge. The hostess was attentive and served a delightful Sicilian breakfast each morning, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the property. Unlike other places, parking isn’t on the premises but is a 2‑minute walk overlooking San Leone marina, where several well‑appointed restaurants and bars are nearby. Nothing to complain about.
