I had an excellent experience at Hotel San Lucas! The facilities were great and the service was really pleasant, especially with the winter vibe that added a lot of charm. The only thing that caught my eye was the lack of an elevator; even though the hotel only has the first floor, it made a noticeable difference.

The staff were cordial. It’s a bit far from the city center.

Breakfast was excellent. The cleaning was impeccable. Reception staff were extraordinary.

The service was great, from the staff to the owner. A covered motorcycle garage and a covered, heated pool would be nice because of the mountain temperatures.

Excellent service, a super comfortable room, a very hot shower that was perfect for bathing, a full breakfast, and a five‑star hotel feel.
