The resort location was good and the staff were friendly, but the hotel facilities were not up to the mark and the property felt old. Additionally, the staff at reception were rude and non‑cooperative.

This hotel really delivered on the basics. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the food at the on-site restaurant was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer a question. My only real gripe was the noise from the street outside, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel's central location was a real plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also top-notch, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. However, I felt that the kids' activities were a bit of a letdown, especially considering the limited games available. Charging extra for things like face painting and arts and crafts seemed a bit steep, and I think it would have been nice if these activities were included in the overall price.
