The experience was horrible and unacceptable. I arrived with my family and a baby under two; no one was at the reception, no phone answered, and we were left without assistance for over two hours. I had to use a computer to locate the room, find the key, and sort everything myself. They first blamed a phone issue, then a family emergency, but that does not absolve the host of responsibility. A small hotel is not an excuse for failing to provide basic service, responsibility, and respect.
